* Our on-line store will close at 3pm on Sunday, 12/31. Door sales will be available.

* Will-Call pickup will take place on Sunday, 12/31 at City Hall from 2pm to 5pm (located at entry area)

* Will-Call will also be available on the night of the event starting at 9pm. (Only the purchaser can pick up tickets. MUST have printed email confirmation and valid ID. NO EXCEPTIONS)

* Credit cards are NOT accepted at this event. * Bar purchases are CASH ONLY.

* Dress code will be enforced. This is a semi-formal event.

* Jeans and tennis shoes are NOT acceptable dress code.
( no refunds will be given to ticket holders not in dress code)

I ordered my ticket online, how & where do I pick up my tickets?
Your tickets will be held at our WILL-CALL station for pickup. We have setup locations for pickup starting Thursday, 12/21.  Please see below for time and location. * There will be ticket pick up on the night of the event. We highly suggest early pickup to decrease entry congestion on the night of the event.

Does it matter which host/organization I purchase my ticket through?
There is no difference which host/organization you purchase through. Although we do recommend you select the one that you heard about the event from. Each ticket will be valid for 1 admission to this mega event!

What type of beverages will be served?
This is a cash bar event. Soda, Juice, Water, Beer, and Liquor will be available for this event. Beverage purchase is CASH ONLY.  Credit cards will NOT be accepted at this event.

Will there be a coat check available?
Yes, coat check will be available for a fee

What kind of music will be played?
There will be 2 rooms of music.
Main room will have Top 40, Hip-Hop, R&B, and commercial hits.
South Light Court will have 80s/90s, old skool, alternative.

Where do I park?
There are several parking garages in the area. There is a list of them on the left hand side of this page.

What is the dress code?
Semi-formal attire required: dresses, suits. Black tie optional.
Jeans and tennis shoes are not allowed for this event.  Guests not in dress code will not be allowed to enter the event. No refunds will be given for those not in dress code.

What are the hours of the event?
Event will open at 9pm sharp and close approx 2am. (doors will be closed for 20 minutes between 11:50p and 12:10a, so please make sure that you arrive either before or after the above specified time)

Will there be smoking allowed?
There will be an outdoors smoking section provided for our guests. No smoking will be permitted inside the facility - those who decide to break this policy will be escorted off the premises immediately
